Introduction to Ferndearle for Applicants

Ferndearle is a Therapeutic Community in Folkestone, Kent that provides an integrated package of therapeutic care, specialist education and therapy. Ferndearle provides a specialist service to children and young people from the ages of 4 to 18 who have a history of trauma stemming from early childhood experience. Some of these young people may also have additional difficulties such as Autism or learning difficulties. Ferndearle has a well-established staff team who have been trained in Ferndearle’s therapeutic theory and practice. Anyone joining Ferndearle will have the support of these experienced practitioners and will be part of a service that is founded and has evolved on evidenced based theory and practice.

There are a variety of roles at Ferndearle both in the school and the homes and all vacancies are advertised below.
